I am writing this letter to thank Michael Twining for all of his help while I was trying to choose my carpet color for my condo. He took his time to explain the differences between quality of the different samples and he was very patient in helping me find the right color to match my tile sample. And after I made my decision in color and style of carpet and tile there was no sales pressure to sign for anything. The installation crew did a very nice job and everything was ready for me when I came back to town to stay at the condo. I will recommend Royal Plus Flooring to others and would use them again in the future for any more of my personal needs.
